This exchange policy applies to purchases made on le saunda eShop at eshop.lesaunda.com.hk.
No returns, exchanges, nor price adjustments on sale and promotional product(s).
We offer a one-time exchange service only.
Product(s) may be exchanged (subject to availability) within 14 days of receipt of product(s) provided that it is in its original conditions as follows:
- All products, accessories, tags, labels and packaging are intact
- Product(s) has not been used
If you wish to exchange, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to request for an exchange and the purchase price of exchanged item(s) must be equivalent to or higher than the purchase price of returned item(s).
The Website does not provide exchange service online but you may exchange at any le saunda stores (only for stores located in Hong Kong & Macau) after making an appointment email. You may exchange an item at store for another item of equal or greater value only and in case that the item to be exchanged is of higher value you should also pay the difference in price.
Kindly note exchange at stores will not be accepted if we cannot receive your exchange request email.
Otherwise, you are responsible for the return postage charges. We would highly recommend that the returned item(s) for exchange are sent to us via courier with a tracking number as we do not take responsibility for any damages, lost, stolen parcels or parcels delayed by the postal service.
We are sorry that request for refund will not be entertained.
For damaged or faulty item(s), please take photo(s) of the faulty item(s) or damaged area(s) and then send the photo(s) to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order number for further assistance. In case of any disputes arising from the exchange of product(s), we reserve the right of final decision.
